0.5µm filtration to prevent harmful substances from entering your drinking water,
washing machine and bathroom.

What makes the Eden different from standard water filters?
The Eden is installed at your home's entry point, protecting every water outlet. Unlike other 10-inch home filters, we use watermark-approved 20-inch filter cartridges in a triple-phase system. This delivers 0.5-micron filtration across your entire home, not just a single tap.
What about water pressure and flow rate?
The Eden maintains full household pressure (500kPa) despite its comprehensive triple filtration. Our oversized 20-inch cartridges ensure optimal flow while delivering superior filtration, unlike smaller systems that compromise pressure for performance.
How does the filter subscription work?
We monitor your system's performance and automatically ship replacement filters when needed. Our scheduling accounts for your household size and local water quality to ensure optimal filtration.
Does the Eden 1 work with tank/rain water?
The current Eden system is meant only for mains water use. Tank and bore water require UV anti-microbial treatment to make it potable. DFRNT continues to work on new products, including tank and bore water filtration.
What's included in the warranty?
The Eden 1 comes with a 12 month workmanship and product warranty. All systems are Watermark approved meaning they are covered by home insurance. All installations are performed by certified plumbers to Australian standards.
Does the Eden Filter Out Flouride and PFAS?
Yes and No. Fluoride is an exceptionally small element. Our 0.5 Micron stage can remove some fluoride and PFAs (which range in size), however for total removal we encourage homeowners install the Eden Total Home Filter alongside the RO7 Home Hydration system for exceptional drinking water.
Does Eden filter out Chlorine and Chloramine?
Yes. Chlorine and Chloramine are common disinfectants used in Australia. Both can cause skin irritation and in serious cases eczema. Our 0.5 micron stage is specifically designed to remove chloramine and chlorine from your whole home water supply.
Does Eden soften water?
Yes. Our second stage uses One Stop Media™, an advanced ionic exchange filtration medium. This breaks down heavy water contaminates like calcium. Users report a noticeable difference in water texture.
Will I notice a difference in my water?
Yes. Many of our customers notice an immediate difference in water texture, odour, and taste. Soft, clean water has a different composition to unfiltered hard water.
