1. General Warranty

DFRNT WATER Pty Ltd warrants that the above-listed products, excluding consumable components, are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of recorded purchase. This warranty is provided under the condition that the products are used and installed in accordance with the user guides and installation instructions.

If a defect arises within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts,

- Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product, or

- Refund the original purchase price.

2. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on the plumbing installation performed by DFRNT WATER Pty Ltd. This warranty ensures that the installation services are free from defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions.

3. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us using the information provided above. You will need to:

- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice),

- Provide proof of professional installation by a qualified plumber,

- Describe the defect or issue in detail.

Upon confirmation of a valid warranty claim, we may reimburse reasonable return freight costs after inspection.

4. Qualifications for Warranty

Professional Installation: All products must be installed by a qualified plumber in accordance with Australian Plumbing Codes and manufacturer instructions. Proof of installation is required.

Proper Maintenance: Products must be maintained according to our recommendations, including using replacement filters and components supplied or approved by DFRNT WATER Pty Ltd.

Original Purchaser: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

5. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Consumable Parts: Items such as filters and cartridges that are expected to degrade over time.

Unauthorized Use: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.

Environmental Conditions: Damage caused by unsuitable environmental factors, such as extreme temperatures or water conditions outside specified ranges.

Third-Party Workmanship: Defects arising from installation or repair work performed by someone other than a qualified plumber or DFRNT WATER Pty Ltd representative.

Consequential Damages: Indirect losses or damages, including property damage or personal injury.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

7. Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damages.

8. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
